About
My journey towards becoming a physiotherapist began at the age of 14 when I broke my leg, requiring two surgeries. This challenging experience opened my eyes to the transformative power of rehabilitation when done correctly. Having personally navigated the fears, anxiety, frustration, sadness, and helplessness that come with injury, I deeply understand what my clients are going through. More importantly, I know the incredible hope, determination, and gratitude that effective rehabilitation can bring when you overcome an injury.
I've had the privilege of learning across multiple NHS trusts in London, including Whipps Cross Hospital, Queens Hospital, Homerton Hospital, and Wanstead Hospital. This extensive experience has allowed me to treat a diverse range of individuals, from elite athletes to elderly patients, each with unique challenges and goals.
Additionally, I've gained valuable experience working with elite-level footballers at Leyton Orient Football Club. This has honed my skills in addressing sports-related injuries and optimizing performance for athletes.
My approach to physiotherapy is rooted in empathy, personalized care, and evidence-based practices. I am committed to helping my patients regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you're an athlete striving for peak performance or someone seeking relief from chronic pain, I am here to guide you through every step of your rehabilitation journey.
I invite you to reach out and book an appointment with me. Together, we can create a tailored plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Let's embark on this journey to recovery and beyond, ensuring you return stronger and more resilient than ever.
